30CrNi3MoV steel has very high permeability and shaping properties, as well as high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance and impact resistance. At the deformation temperature of 950~1150℃ and the hot deformation behavior of the strain rate of 0.01~10 s~(-1), the strain-compensated flow stress constitutive equation was established, and the hot working of the steel was drawn.
30CrNi3MoV steel is developed by V microalloying on the basis of the original Cr-Ni-Mo low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel and adjusting the content of other alloying elements appropriately.
30CrNi3MoV (code 675) steel should be refined in an electric arc furnace with VHD or its equivalent outside the furnace.
30CrNi3MoV high-strength steel is a new type of high-strength steel newly developed and put into use in my country. It is mainly used as a structural material for key parts of a major model.
The main mechanical properties of 30CrNi3MoV high strength steel are: hardness HRC40~42, tensile strength is 1280MPa.
