30MnCrNiMo belongs to rolled homogeneous high-strength steel plate,
steel code: 685,
executive standard: GJB 8223-2014.
This standard specification is applicable to high-strength steel plates with a thickness of 5mm to 30mm for vehicles (exceeding the range is non-standard).
30MnCrNiMo chemical composition:
Carbon C: 0.26~0.31;
Silicon Si: 0.20~0.40;
Manganese Mn: 0.75~1.10;
Sulfur S: allowable residual content ≤ 0.010;
Phosphorus P: allowable residual content ≤ 0.015;
Chromium Cr: 0.75~1.10;
Nickel Ni: 1.05~1.30;
Molybdenum Mo: 0.25~0.45;
Copper Cu: ≤0.25.
30MnCrNiMo hardness: the Brinell hardness of the steel plate in the high temperature tempering state or hot rolling state and the quenched and tempered fracture sample should be:
1) Sample in delivery state: hardness value: ≤302HBW; HBW10/3000 indentation diameter ≥3.50mm.
2) Quenched and tempered fracture samples: hardness value: 341~285; HBW10/3000 indentation diameter 3.30mm~3.60mm.
30MnCrNiMo delivery status: the steel plate is delivered in a high temperature tempered state, and the steel strip is delivered in a hot rolled state. The delivery status should be specified in the contract.
