Ramor550 steel ultra-high hardness steel

Ramor550 is an ultra-high hardness steel, available in 3-15 mm (0.118-0.591") thick sheet, with a delivery hardness of 540-600 HBW.

The Ramor550 is available in 3-6 mm (0.118-0.236) thick cut-to-cut sheets, and 6-15 mm (0.236-0.591) thick sheets. Delivered as quenched, Ramor550 requires no further heat treatment.

Brinell hardness test on each heat-treated piece/coil according to EN ISO 6506-1.
Hardness measurements are made on the milled surface 0.3-2.0 mm below the surface of the steel plate.
