Cr5Mo alloy steel pipe has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and structural stability. High thermal performance, and good process performance.
Cr5Mo steel pipe application:
Application ≤600℃ high temperature furnace tube and parts, reheater tube with wall temperature 630℃-650℃.
The impact energy Akv of Cr5Mo cast steel decreases with the increase of carbon content, such as:
When tempered at 650°C, the impact energy Akv of the steel with the highest carbon content is 40% lower than that of the steel with the lowest carbon content.
When tempering at 550~650℃, the impact energy increases rapidly with the increase of tempering temperature.
For tempering below 550°C or above 650°C, the impact energy changes slowly at lower and higher levels, respectively.
In order to obtain high toughness of Cr5Mo cast steel, the tempering temperature should not be lower than 650°C.
