Main features of EH40:
Carburizing heat treatment first, then quenching at a heating temperature of 850°C, oil cooling; tempering at 200°C, air cooling. After quenching and tempering at low temperature, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness; after carburizing and quenching, it has high flexural strength and wear resistance
