American Standard ASTM A335 alloy pipe corresponding to steel grades P11, P12, P5, P9, P91
A335 P11 is a material code issued by ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), and the corresponding national standard is 15CrMo, an alloy steel material.
ASTM A335 P5 corresponds to domestic alloy steel: 1Cr5Mo. The metal structure of 1Cr5Mo is martensite, which has good oxidation resistance at about 650 degrees Celsius, good thermal strength below 600 degrees Celsius, and good shock absorption and thermal conductivity. It is widely used in steam turbines.
American standard ASTM A335 P91 is equivalent to national standard 10Cr9Mo1VNb. T91/P91(10Cr9Mo1VNb)
Material composition of P91 (composition wt%):
C 0.08~0.12;
Mn 0.30~0.60;
Si 0.20~0.50;
P≤0.02;
S≤0.01;
Cr 8.0~9.5;
Mo 0.85~1.05;
V 0.18~0.25;
Nb 0.06~0.1;
N 0.03~0.07;
Al ≤0.04;
Ni ≤0.4
American standard seamless steel pipe a106 seamless steel pipe is also a very large amount of products
STM A106 seamless steel pipe belongs to American standard steel pipe, A106 includes A106-A, A106-B. The former is equivalent to the domestic 10# material, and the latter is equivalent to the domestic 20# material
